1. Can you do private label for the products I want?
Yes, we offer private labeling and customized packing tailored to your needs.
2. Can I place a small order to test the market at first?
Absolutely, you can start with a small order for your private brands. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is just 3 pieces.
3. Can you send samples before our ordering the items?
Absolutely, we can provide samples for your reference. Sometimes, samples are free if they are in stock, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.
4. Which shipping way is available?
For mass production, we ship by sea to your nearest port.
5. What payment method do you use for OEM / ODM?
We require a 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 70% paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. What's your sample policy?
You are welcome to order samples before placing a bulk order to ensure satisfaction.
