1. Can you do private label for the products I want?
Absolutely, we offer private label and customized packing services tailored to your needs.
2. Can I place a small order to test the market at first?
Yes, you can initiate a small order for your private brands with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of just 3 pieces.
3. Can you send samples before we order the items?
Certainly, we provide samples for your reference. In some cases, samples are complimentary if in stock; however, you would need to cover the shipping costs.
4. Which shipping method is available?
For bulk orders, we offer sea freight to the nearest port to you.
5. What payment method do you use for OEM/ODM?
We accept T/T with 30% as a deposit and the remaining 70% paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. What's your sample policy?
You are welcome to order samples prior to placing a bulk order.
