1. Can you do private label for the products I want?
Yes, we offer private labeling and customized packaging to suit your needs.
2. Can I place a small order to test the market at first?
Yes, small orders for your private brands are welcome, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of just 3 pieces.
3. Can you send samples before we place an order?
Yes, we can provide samples for your reference. Sometimes, they are free if we have them in stock, but shipping costs need to be covered by you.
4. Which shipping methods are available?
For mass production, we ship by sea to your nearest port.
5. What payment method do you use for OEM / ODM?
We usually require a 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 70% paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. What's your sample policy?
You can order samples prior to placing a bulk order to ensure the quality meets your expectations.
