1. Can you do private label for the products I want?
Absolutely, we offer private labeling and customized packaging services tailored to your needs.
2. Can I place a small order to test the market at first?
Yes, you can initiate with a small order for your private brands, with our minimum order quantity (MOQ) being just 3 pieces.
3. Can you send samples before our ordering the items?
Certainly, we provide samples for your reference. Sometimes, samples are free if they are in stock, but shipping costs are your responsibility.
4. Which shipping method is available?
For mass production, we ship by sea to your nearest port.
5. What payment method do you use for OEM / ODM?
We accept T/T, with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% paid against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. What's your sample policy?
You can order samples prior to placing a bulk order.
