1. Can you do private label for the products I want?
Yes, we provide private label services and customized packaging tailored to your needs.
2. Can I place a small order to test the market at first?
Absolutely, you may place a small order for your private brands, keeping in mind our minimum order quantity is just 3 pieces.
3. Can you send samples before our ordering the items?
Yes, we can send you samples for your reference. In some cases, samples are free if they are in stock, though shipping costs will need to be covered by you.
4. Which shipping way is available?
For mass production, we ship by sea to your nearest port.
5. What payment method do you use for OEM / ODM?
We accept T/T payments, with 30% deposit and the remaining 70% payable against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. What's your sample policy?
You are welcome to order samples prior to placing a bulk order.
