1. Can you do private label for the products I want?
Yes, we can create private labels for you and provide customized packing.
2. Can I place a small order to test the market at first?
Absolutely, you can start with a small order for your private brands, adhering to our MOQ of 3 pieces.
3. Can you send samples before our ordering the items?
Yes, we can provide samples for your evaluation. Sometimes samples are free if in stock, however, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
4. Which shipping way is available?
For mass production, we recommend shipping by sea to your nearest port.
5. What payment method do you use for OEM / ODM?
We require a 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 70% payable against a copy of the B/L.
6. What's your sample policy?
You are welcome to order samples before committing to a bulk order.
