1. Can you do private label for the products I want?
Absolutely, we offer private labeling and customized packing tailored to your specific needs.
2. Can I place a small order to test the market at first?
Yes, you can start with a small order for your private brands as long as it meets our minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 3 pieces.
3. Can you send samples before our ordering the items?
Of course! We can provide samples for your reference. Sometimes, they are free if in stock, though you will need to cover the shipping cost.
4 .Which shipping way is available ?
For mass production, we recommend shipping by sea to your nearest port for optimal cost-efficiency.
5. What payment method do you use for OEM / ODM?
We accept T/T: 30% deposit and the remaining 70% paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. What's your sample policy?
Prior to placing a bulk order, you are welcome to order samples to ensure product quality.
