1. Can you do private label for the products I want?
Absolutely! We provide private labeling and customized packing tailored to your needs.
2. Can I place a small order to test the market at first?
Yes, you can initiate with a small order for your private brands, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of just 3 pieces.
3. Can you send samples before our ordering the items?
Indeed, we can send you samples for your reference. Sometimes, samples are free if in stock, though shipping costs are to be covered by you.
4. Which shipping way is available?
For mass production, we offer sea shipping to your nearest port.
5. What payment method do you use for OEM/ODM?
We accept T/T payments, with 30% as a deposit and the remaining 70% payable against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
6. What's your sample policy?
You may order samples prior to placing a bulk order to ensure satisfaction.
