1. Can you do private label for the products I want?
Absolutely, we offer private label services and can customize the packing to match your brand vision.
2. Can I place a small order to test the market at first?
Yes, you can start with a small order for your private brand. Our minimum order quantity is just 3 pieces.
3. Can you send samples before our ordering the items?
Certainly! We can provide samples for your reference. If available in stock, samples may be free; however, the shipping cost is your responsibility.
4 .Which shipping way is available ?
For large-scale orders, we offer sea freight to your nearest port for optimal efficiency.
5. What payment method do you use for OEM / ODM?
We require a T/T payment of 30% as a deposit, with the remaining 70% due upon receiving the copy of the B/L.
6. What's your sample policy?
You have the option to order samples before committing to a bulk order, ensuring satisfaction with your purchase.

We offer versatile shipping options including DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, as well as air and sea freight.
12. What's your lead time?
For sample orders, expect delivery within 1 to 3 days after payment is processed.
For bulk orders with logo on products and packaging, the lead time is 3 to 7 days.
Bulk orders with your personalized brand package will be delivered in 7 to 15 days.
OEM/ODM orders will be completed and delivered within 15 to 45 days, depending on complexity.
